License
When you purchase Previously, you receive a license to use the software on your personal devices. This license:
- Is non-transferable
- Allows use on up to 3 Macs you own
- Includes updates for the licensed version (or lifetime, for Lifetime licenses)
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or modify the software
- Use the software for any illegal purpose
- Distribute or share your license key
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with Previously, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Disclaimer
Previously is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the software will meet all your requirements or be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Previously.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Previously after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
